Thank you for shopping at House of Duke! We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied with your items, we offer a store credit option to help make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return for store credit:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Sale and Exclusively Designed items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or store credit.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return for store credit, please contact our customer service team at info@houseofduke.co or by calling us at (706) 723-1199 to receive return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue you a store credit for the full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). The credit will be sent via email as a gift card that can be used for future purchases at House of Duke.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original for store credit and placing a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and you will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

  • Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and Fedex to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Local Pickup

  • We offer free local pickup at our Evans, Georgia location: 625 Ponder Place Dr. Ste 3 Evans, GA 30809

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • House of Duke is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@houseofduke.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will then assist you in resolving the issue.

International Shipping
